Alzheimer's took my father from us too soon. Just one of almost one million families in the UK experiencing the same tragedy. 1 in every 14 in the UK population over 65 suffer from dementia. There is hope. There is promising research being explored in both stem cell and immunotherapy treatment. Until we have a cure for this awful, protracted disease, the Alzheimer's Society fund research for the future and provide valuable information and support for those who need it now.
